  1. Kway Chap also damn nice. Love it, though, Malaysia also has kway chap, it is more accessible in Singapore.

  2. Im a 3rd gen Singaporean and ive NEVER heard of our people being against cold drinks/water OR ice in beverages. Its sooo hot here. We ALL drink cold stuff all the time.

  3. 3rd gen mixed race Singaporean here. I dont know ANY local born and bred here – Indian or other races – who say you cannot shower your young child!!! There's no reason to get naked and shower alongside ur kid. That just invites unnecessary questions from the kid of opposite gender. But any gender can shower their kid otherwise.

  4. Yishun is not dangerous but has a lot of weird people. Unless you are born there, you wouldn’t want to move there. I think it rank near the bottom among all other estates.

  5. Wah i wish i have japanese friends and talk japanese with. Im in my late 20s any japanese wanna make friends with me? I stay jurong 😂

  6. Who says Yishun is a 'dangerous' place leh?😆

If really 'dangerous', our former female President Halimah Yacob would not be 'born' from this area…😂

Maybe, some people are just jealous of this unique place where good food & friendly vibe can be found in this special place…❤😊😉

  7. Yishun is a great place! I have stayed here for 4 over years. So convenient and good neighbours.

  8. You say another word about Yishun being dangerous, the three aunties will slice you with their Katana😅

  9. last time there used to have a japanese community in river valley road , near the old liang court there.

  10. used to meet up with an old friend weekly for kopi , after he shift to yishun we only meet up yearly. ya , its far .

  11. Ha, so cute. Welcome to Singapore. So happy that all of them blend in so well in the community. I am a Singaporean and used to lived in Toyko, Higashi Shinjuku, and love it when my neighbours smile and say Konichiwa to me when I go out to work. Miss those days.. 🙂

  12. These women dont know what real dangerous is. They need to go experience living in the west or South Africa, then they will understand what truly dangerous is.

  13. I found one supposedly living in the Istana . She loves ❤️ everything pineapples 🍍.

  14. Hi… Singaporean here… I was born in the 60s. Back in those days, I mean in the 60's & 70s. Yes, I would agree SG was dangerous e.g., lots of gangsters, kidnappings, extortions, gang clashes, gun crimes ETC it wasn't safe to go out at night. But by the 80s, every thing was very much under control in Singapore. Thanks to LKY. But now you guys "mentioned" Yishun is the most dangerous place in SG? Like how dangerous because I visit Yishun quite often… Why… Yishun is full of wild animals? Crimes? I think it's relatively safe in SG incl. Geylang. Come on… Anyway, no hard feelings… It's great to see you guys settling down in SG. Welcome to SG!

  15. Omg can’t believe you were filming at my old house!! How do you find your experience in シンガポール?

  16. Initially i was shock she’s trying to wash her handbag with the hot spring water😂. Thats an interesting water bucket 🛍️

  17. These ladies are so fun-loving and funny! Completely enjoyed watching them defending Yishun! P.S. I am Singaporean, and I also cannot understand why people don't drink cold/iced water. I can only drink iced water! LOL..

  18. Just a few weeks ago, My mom and I went to a neighbourhood hawker centre to eat. A Japanese couple was seated at The next table. My mom asked why were there Japanese here😅 funny. I told her now there are even Japanese hawkers so I guess we have to get used to Japanese living in our heartlands. Prior to this I also have a Japanese friend who worked here as a non expat. She also told me Singaporeans are very direct ppl…After some time she also adopt our direct communication style. There's a way to be direct yet not blunt or rude 😊
