I ended up stuck in London and ended up flying on Albania’s national airline, Air Albania, to get me across Europe.

  1. Obviously Air Albania don't make you sit a GDPR tests every 3 months like companies in the UK, but that is a massive breach, and would be a fireable offence in UK. In Australian we don't have such laws yet.

  2. The trouble with being so well known, is that you could get preferential treatment without you knowing it, as all airlines want good reviews…which of course could make your reviews a little inaccurate!

  3. The contraption in the toilet that you thought was a soap dispenser, I think it might be a paper cup dispenser??

  4. I was just counting days looking forward to Air Albania review after I saw it on your Insta. So, thanks Noel !! Can`t already wait till the next one really🤩

  5. Maybe it’s time to quit being a YouTuber. You have become grumpy and high maintenance. Just go back to your day job, which I’m sure was minimum wage and with no ability to fly business class. Be grateful or return to normal life.

  6. Noel, it sounds like you have to go visit Albania soon beyond an over night connection. It looks like a country that deserves some further exploring since most "Aviation Reporters" don't pass through there as often, avaition reporter/blogger content is very limited.
On another note, I noticed you haven't been through South America or Latin America as much with the exception of Cochabamba, Bolivia with BOA and Argentina, specifically Buenos Aires on Lufthansa to Frankfurt.
When are you going to try Avianca in Colombia, Brazil, Peru and Central America to U.S connections or LATAM in Chile and other flights to other Latin American countries? Also Areolinas Argentinas or Copa Airlines through Panama?
You could do the whole "shabam" on the quality of the region's airports, on land and on board services, planes etc. Looking forward to it!

  7. I think the fellows who recognized you were cool, respectful and courteous. However, the flight crew giving your name to the other passenger from the docket ~~ I don't think that's right. They could have told him to ask himself, but giving your name out. NOT.

  8. They should not be telling other passengers who are on that plane. This is a privacy issue.

  9. A bit of an old school business class. I was reminded of the late 90's-early 2000's stand-up routine of the famous Turkish comedian Cem Yılmaz. A loose translation: "Business class, duh! What's so different? They give you orange juice…and you feel like a lord, that's it. It's really little bit of juice too. The thing with business class is they have larger seats in some planes, only some planes. Why? Because business flyers have big arses, that's why!" The benefit here seems to be fast track, lounge usage, food and a wider seating. Being the cheapskate I am, I never fly business, but understand those who do. I assume it's cheaper than Turkish Airlines when used the Istanbul-Tirana direct service. At least I checked out Istanbul-Tirana flights in Skyscanner for next summer and Air Albania came the cheapest. Perhaps I'll be using them, who knows.

  10. It all looks pretty good, hopefully Albania and their Airline will make a go of it as for giving your name to a random person I would think is a strict breach of privacy! I did wonder if the random person worked for the Airline and knew the on board staff, but still very poor form

  11. Yeah giving your name to another passenger from the manifest is a massive breach of security and privacy.

  12. I know you've got an older video of them, but I'd love to see you do a detailed review like this of Aegean Airlines.

  13. Not sure about the Astros shirt but are you enjoying baseball as much as I did when I first came to Philly?

  14. Love watching your videos Noel,we watch them on a Friday night yep u guessed it Friday night with Noel love ya m8 keep it up

  15. the guy at the check in desk who recognised you and asked for a picture was so wholesome. genuinely made that blokes day.

  16. British bacon is akin to Canadian bacon in the USA. Fair play to Air Albania. They are trying to do something not done in a long time. Serve their own little country with their own airline.good for them. The seats looked a little bit like turkish airlines 737 seats. All good and enjoy.
