Hi, I went from Yashushiro (八代) to Sendai (川内) by local train (Hisatsu Orange Railway company).
It was a magnificent experience – I saw one the most beautiful landscape: a sunrise over the sea.
Recommend everyone! It takes 2,5 hours and views are stunning.
P.S. Many people were asking about that, but its not Sendai in Tohoku. Its a different Sendai at Kyushu island, Kagoshima prefecture.
