Today I’m taking you on a Turkish food tour in Istanbul, Turkey, to try one of the juiciest charcoal kebabs in the city, and also we are going to do a market tour in Kadikoy.

First thing in the morning, I went to do a market tour in Kadikoy to try some local snacks and buy some fruits. I stumbled upon an extraordinary shop, Meşhur Özcan Turşu ( Acıbadem, Sarayardı Cd. NO 68/1, 34660 Kadıköy/İstanbul ), to try their famous pickle juice. You have to try one of these Turkish juices here in Istanbul.

To continue this Turkish food tour in Istanbul, I stopped at Şekerci Cafer Erol (Osmanağa, Yasa Cd. No:19, 34714 Kadıköy/İstanbul ) to finally try the famous Turkish coffee and some baklava. This place is an institution in Istanbul, and I recommend you stop by if you are on a market tour in Kadikoy.

After that, I went to try Lahmacun, a popular Turkish food in Istanbul, at Borsam Taşfırın Bahariye. (Osmanağa, Serasker Cd. No:78, 34714 Kadıköy/İstanbul )

To end this Turkish food tour, I ate one of the juiciest charcoal kebabs in Istanbul and in Turkey, the famous Iskender kebab. I had lunch at Kebapçı İskender ( Caferağa, Albay Faik Sözdener Cd. No:3, 34710 Kadıköy/İstanbul )to eat one of the oldest kebabs in Istanbul. This restaurant belongs to the family who once invented the Iskender kebab in Bursa, and now they also run this place here in Istanbul. Absolutely a MUST!

Hope you guys enjoyed the video, and stay tuned for more!
