This was a video from my Bali trip a couple of years back that was never released. The buffet was at a luxury resort called the Mulia and we went for brunch. This video was never edited because we couldn’t locate the audio files but that was later found so here it is 🙂

    It would be nice if you could name the herbs. Just saying it’s herbal is not very descriptive. Is it lemon grass, 5 spice, anise? Help us out here.

    I love making ice cream sandwiches, my favorite is french vanilla ice cream between two warm cinnamon waffles!! It’s delicious 😋

    I visited in 2014, and even though 8 years have passed I can hands down say eating here was the best dining experience I've ever had, I was just a teenager then but I would die for a chance to visit again.

    I called up tonight and the Mulia now charge 900K Rupiah (U.S $60) for their Sunday brunch buffet! That went up alot 😱😅

    This buffet used to be my Sunday lunch with the kids for about 6 years while living in Bali. There many other great ones as well like the St Regis, The Sofitel and many many others however with heated toilet seats and overall opulence The Cafe at the Mulia is amazing. If you haven’t found melt in your mouth lamb or beef then you have been going to the wrong buffets. All the meat in Asia is either local (crap) or imported from Aus or the US. Bali is great and has some good free flow Sunday buffet lunches with bubbles. However to me KL and Singapore still rules this department. Ritz Carlton KL is the bomb!

    @mike, i just went to Mulia cafe buffet diner. I was looking for the duck dish and the pesto dish but could not found them 🙁 i must honestly say, the buffet was nice, but i had better buffet dinners in Hong Kong
