  1. Thank you Tristan. This was beautiful. Though I would probably never walk across Devil's Causeway, I can definitely appreciate its beauty. Hanging Lake is gorgeous! Kind of like Colorado's version of the Plitvice Lakes in Croatia.

  2. It kind of looks like an ancient moss covered ruin of one of those walker things from the beginning of Empire Strikes Back.

  3. @suvrving they are called mesas. The geology term is mesa. Plateaus, flat spots etc are fine but the geology term is mesa. Love your show! If you ever need free consulting on field petrology and geologic terms let me know. Happy to help!

  4. At this point I don't hold my breath and longer because if you posted, you survived yet another insanely epic hike! Might be the most gorgeous lake I've ever seen! Spectacular waterfalls… is that a natural spring?

  5. Oh my goodness. I was holding my breath while you walked that narrow path.😮Thanks for sharing another great video Tristan👍🏻👍🏻

  6. You sir, are a GOAT! Not only greatest of all time, but a mountain goat! So sure footed! Hope Cassie doesn't watch this one. 😊

  7. I ain’t spooked by heights (I used to rock climb) but watching you pirouette on that knife edge with your drone had me a little worried….😂

  8. SUV herding of sheep! Haha, you said breathe and I discovered I was holding my breath! Hanging lake is so lovely. Amazing color. Most people in Colorado go up and down the freeways and areas fairly close to them. Wonderful to know there are so many isolated and beautiful places.

  9. Timing is everything in Colorado. I've lived here since 1956, moving from TX. Sept and Oct are fabulous times, cept weekends, to get out there and hike and camp. Don't miss the drive from Chambers Lake north on hwy 103 to Woods Landing in Wyo. Just awesome areas I think you'd love.

  10. Wow! This was so beautiful. Such special spots and the lake and waterfalls were so stunningly beautiful and happy you had them to yourself for a short period of time. Concerning that narrow ridge walk do heights never bother you? You have done some extremely high mountain scalings but this one out on your own gave me the trembles.

  11. That was fun .. the causeway looked scary! I hiked Hanging Lake a few years ago and I barely recognized the trail going up; apparently there was a massive flash flood that washed it out a year or two ago. Thanks for the video! Love your adventures!
