  1. Dang, I got my phone snatched out of my packet in Copacabana as well, I had one too many drinks and let my guard down gone let a stranger hugged me. so that's one of the most common ways to get robbed out there. Stay on alert folks!

  2. What are the laws on gun ownership. Could a person conceal carry if they wanted to? Also are there certain doctors & lawyers that travelers can link up with just in case.

  3. Thanks for the helpful info 1MT. Those people looking at you have probably never seen a black guy being filmed by another black guy with an expensive camera/phone. Such is the income/race disparity in Rio de Janeiro. Ironically, that makes you a target. Also, the latest iPhones are expensive as hell (equivalent to 2-3 months salary) in Brazil and everywhere in the Southern Hemisphere. That's why your friend was targeted. I would also recommend using a marker to black out the logo on your Nikes. Stay safe.

  4. 9:04 bro kept looking back because he thought yall were looking at him and his girl lol. but really ya were checking out the group of women lmaooo

  5. The most powerful tool is the brotherhood and like minded positive energy. I love the example "It's like being a kid again" most men decide to go to foreign countries or even retire solo in the corner with their lady or chick, I'm super excited to see two men come together and enjoy this phase of life. Great and amazing content which is not found anywhere on the internet. Only with 1MP

  6. Nope. Most of Brazil is safe. The only part of Brazil that is dangerous for solo travel is a few small parts of the Bahia states. I've been living here in Brazil for 14yrs so I know. But the U.S has more dangerous parts than Brazil.

  7. Solid tips. I’ll add a couple of my own…

    1. Get a few prepaid credit cards that you can load from your account online. Every morning put $200 or so on it. That way if you get robbed you only lose $200… rather than having your real CC drained for $10k or $20k.

    2. Go to a camping store and buy a small waterproof bag for your wallet, phone, etc. Buy one a little bigger if you want to be able to put your towel and flip flops in it. That way you can just take that bag into the water with you when you’re at the beach. Very useful as a solo traveller.

    3. If you’re just there to trick then use the motels. Don’t bring random girls back to your place. No need for them to know where you live.

  8. Motivated me to take my budget serious and come down and kick it with you guys ✊🏾 and shout out my boy Marty McFlizzy
