  5. 四半世紀以上前からたまに行きます。お菓子みたいな蒲焼が多い中、醤油風味の甘くない焼き加減が辛口の酒に合う。備長炭の熱を感じながら飲む。接客の距離感も粋で心地よい。カウンターで静かに飲み、食すのが個人的には好きかな。あと、焼き鳥も旨いよ。
