Saeyeongyo Bridge at Seogwipo Port is the longest pedestrian bridge on Jeju. Its design was inspired by the ‘Teu’ (a traditional Jeju flat-bottomed wooden boat). This impressive structure connects Seogwipo Port and the uninhabited islet of Saeseom Island.
If you cross Saeyeongyo Bridge, you can stroll around rustic Saeseom. The island has many leisure facilities, such as a 1.2-km walking path, a public square, a wooden deck path, a pebble path, and a forest path.
This spot is beloved by not only tourists but also Jeju residents.
It’s a relaxing side trip for tourists exploring the area around Seogwipo Port (like nearby Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site). For Jeju residents, the island serves as a small park for walking or cooling off in the ocean breeze during the hot summer nights.
Saeyeongyo Bridge is colorfully illuminated until 10 p.m., making it a popular destination in the evening. At sunset, the view of the bridge framed by the sea is spectacular and the perfect place to take great pictures.
In this round-trip 30-minute video, you’ll enjoy a full 4K experience of these quintessential Seogwipo spots for yourself.

I was there in 2019, but unfortunately it was very foggy.
The view along the walking trail is awesome. I can't remember why I did not proceed to the walking trail… maybe it was closed dued to foggy weather.
