Hiking to Japan’s highest mountain Mt. Fuji 富士 – Day 1

Hiking Mount Fuji is an awe-inspiring adventure that offers a glimpse into Japan’s natural beauty and cultural significance.

This is Day 1 of our hike to Mt. Fuji: starting from Shinjuku by bus directly to 5th station. Then hiking from 5th station to 8th station. Our day 1 ended staying at a lodge at Fujisan Hotel (elevation 3400m).
