How do you make a rainy vacation fun? Sometimes vacations don’t look as pretty as they do in the ads. However, you can still have a fun time on a rainy day. I went all the way from Shanghai, China to Burma in the middle of the rainy season to find that it was quite rainy. Big surprise. But even rain won’t keep me away.

  1. Myanmar looked beautiful. The temples and the statue of Buddha looked amazing. Thanks for filming that trip.

  2. Your like me, liking obscure remote places. Everyone tells me you have to go to Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia in Asia but Myanmar is truly off the beaten path. The popular places are now all westernized and expensive full of people from India/Europe/Australia/New Zealand that its hard to keep to a budget.

  3. Haha I enjoyed your comment about Vietnam. Been there twice to visit family – can indeed confirm, it's insane.

  4. When you wiped the drops off the camera, I thought about Wett T-shirt Contest.😜
Have you really gone barefoot, on that pleace? I would have tummy pain now. 😫😭😫, it Hurts just Whatshing it. Aua….
The traffic is the best, no traffic jam. and the school children, quite easy through it. 👍👍👍. Its one of the expirience, i would like to do.

  5. Dear, “Burma “ is obsolete! Myanmar is the official word now! I am sure you know that 😀 The “skirt” the men wear is called “sarong “! Come to Singapore, we can have a chat!! Haha 😆!! Best wishes to you in your travel!😀

  6. Hey Anming. Hope you're doing well. Anyway. How cool is this (aside from the rain)? I like the Burmese architecture. By the way. How's your Burmese coming along?

  7. I've just subscribed to your channel a few days ago. It's interesting that you can speak both Japanese and Mandarin.
Your videos are very nice and interesting.
I was surprised to find that you even visited my country, Myanmar (Burma). You stayed at Chinatown in Yangon (Rangoon).
I lived in Japan during the 60s through 70s when I was young and also studied in Hong Kong in the 80s.

Keep up with your good work.

  8. wow that font is crazy looking, fascinating. And when you said look at this rain and turned the Camera to show this crazy golden structure i was like, who cares about the rain, what is that!? lol.

  9. Oh that country you visited was a really nice country. It’s one of the hidden gem IMO. Every one knows Thailand but not everybody knows about Burma

  10. I wish I could meet you in Japan and I’ll come back to Myanmar with you and your love as a trip!😁
I’ll come to Japan to work as well as to meet you.❤️
