Are these the best burgers in the world? We don’t know about that, but we can say that these were some of the most complex burgers we’ve tried. These are beyond regular burgers and it’s definitely more fine dining that fast food. Today, we’re here in downtown Los Angeles at Umami Burger, one of the most popular burger chains in America.

    So pretty much this with the burgers you spent almost $100 for two people for some hamburger and some brussel sprouts really come on you could have stayed at home and made that stuff

    F.Y.I. Satoshi, the impossible burger is called that because that's the name of the company that made it. Impossible is a company that makes the best (in my opinion) vegan burger on the market right now. They made a breakthrough with a natural chemical found in plants called heme. That same chemical compound is also what is in ground beef that gives a meat burger it's meaty taste. Right now they market it solely to restaurants in thehopes of gaining support from patrons in order to ramp up production, in an effort not to be a vegan alternative, but more so as an effort to reduce the need for wasting land and other resources to raise an ever growing worldsupply of cattle to feed ever growing populations. So think of it as a(/the best) meat substitute solution, that science currently has to offer, in an effort to reduce or at least supplement real meat production in an ever growing global market.

    Everything looked so good Brothers!! I went to Umami Burger when they first opened up on the West side of town many years ago. It was just okay. Your Umami burgers…..woah! They did look amazing!     OH MY….that looked DELICIOUS!  I have never heard of Umami Burger before, but if I ever come across one, I will definitely try it.  The Umami Burger looked really good, you looked like you were in heaven, Shinichi.     those are SLIDERS, Not burgers they look more like "sample burgers" but as long as they taste good than all is well.
    the reason it's called the "Impossable Burger" is it's FAKE! it is Not even REAL Meat it's totaly Fake
    typical for LA though.

    Yes Umami burgers are really good. What's sad is that their pricing is only mid-range for burgers here in Los Angeles. I have seen burgers going almost $20 for just the burger. I didn't know they were selling the vegan impossible burgers there now. I kind of want to try that now since theirs is probably really good. Their truffle fries are delicious too.

    We ordered in for me and my vegan friend on my last day in LA just a few weeks ago. It was good, but very rich. I think I had it with the truffle fries and that was quite good too. But if you eat there, make sure you bring your appetite.
