That's alot of work, setting up the stall prepping the food, cooking then after clean up and then bring down the stall and do it all over the next day … respect japanese work ethic 🫡

2 other video's I've seen of this guy's food stall. He's awesome! If I can ever make it to Fukuoka Yatai I want to visit this Stall, if he doesn't mind foreigners, Some restaurants in Japan do, they don't want to deal with trying to serve an English or other speaking person.
