  1. Appreciated your enthusiasm to experience the daily life of local ppl. You're guys so amazing.. Humble and down to earth. I believe that you should go to Tana Toraja, ramang ramang and Manado. Have a great time there and take care ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ˜Ž

  2. So far I've seen your vlogs in Indonesia, mostly foreign vloggers only on the island of Java and Bali, but you go to other islands like you are now on the island of Sulawesi, (I'm from Makassar / Sulawesi and haven't been there for 30 years ๐Ÿ˜ข)
Enjoy your journey in Indonesia and congratulations on surpassing 100,000 subscribers ๐ŸŽ‰

  3. yea now you make longer video while I'm so excited to watch it. and last statement of Naomi is very true!!! "we're not gonna open our minds up with new situations, new perspectives!! cz just watching news or only reading a book without go to the place is nothing!

  4. You both are extraordinary tourist…โค If you like the friendliness of Indonesian people, it means you are a friendly person too… I love the way you enjoy my country and I think Sumatra is the next island especially west sumatra

  5. Please try Coto, Jelangkote, sop konro, palu mara, es pisang ijo and Sirup markisa…..every food in Makassar is amazing. Makassar is one of my favorite city in Indonesia.. love you from BOGOR โค

  6. LOL the further east you go, the gradation of the sambal's hotness is just going to increase more and more

  7. I'm glad both of you arrived in Sulawesi. Just be careful about the food. Most food in east Indonesia is really hot but more lively. The different time in Sulawesi to Jakarta is 1 hour. More east you guys traveled to East Indonesia, the different hour is 2 hour from Jakarta, like Papua for example.

And the other thing, you should visit Toraja. There are a lot of unique house and culture is magnificient.

  8. You can go to Port Rotterdam on Sunday morning before 10am, many student will be there or whoever interested in english trying to practice their english so you can help them by letting them to talk to you. I know because i was 1 of them 20 years back lol. And yes in Makassar its dry season now, rainy season will start usually on November or by the end of November

Ah yes almost forget, you can try Coto made from Horse meet. Coto Kuda (Horse Coto) originated from Jeneponto Regency approximately 120km South of Makassar

Konro means soup with bone (of course there will be some meat), so you can choose Soup Konro or Konro Bakar (Grilled Konro)

  9. Near jakarta i hope you can explore banten province later

Tangerang is jakarta expansion, straight line to the west from tangerang will take you to serang city, my hometown, cilegon city with many steel industries, and end up in merak harbor for crossing to sumatera island

Near merak you can find small island to visit, there is also anyer beach, carita beach, ujung kulon national park with rhino there, tanjung layar beach at southern part, many waterfall, and baduy tribe

  10. That's a good point to make. I haven't been to Makassar in a looong time and the distinction between tourist and traveler destinations is an important thing to note. People (like me) who are used to the convenience of a big city might find Makassar a bit of an effort ๐Ÿ˜€

  11. Are there any Massage places there so you can get your legs and feet worked on after all that walking? Great channel!

  12. Come to North Sumatra, here there are many historical tours from war relics, and also natural tourism, especially Lake Toba, the result of a volcanic eruption thousands of years ago which killed thousands of people at that time. Here it is very, very friendly for tourists

  13. Malino is much more cooler part of town…in sulawesi cause its located in high altitude part of town….more pine tree sorrounding…hill and mountain….

  14. Konro especially in makassar mostly use beef or buffalo, it's not rare but you need more effort to search food stall/restaurant using horse ribs. But if you go to jeneponto, you can easly find horse meat cuisine since horse product is jeneponto speciality, and there is too restaurant using venison but not for conro, but it's rare to see restaurant using venison nowdays in makassar and jeneponto…

  15. Anda harus berkunjung ke rumah KASTIL BUGIS dan MAKASAR, rumah adat tempat para raja raja sulawesi tinggal,๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”

  16. Welcome to our city Makassar, South Sulawesi. Enjoy the hospitality of the local people. Visiting Makassar which has a different feel from other regions in Indonesia
Hope you both take home beautiful impressions
