I visit Shibata again from Niigata city, exactly one month after my last visit. The reason is that the cafe I had a yummy Vegan meal serves that every second Tuesday of the month. I ate it last month and I might go there to keep going every month. Afterall, You don’t get to eat Home-style Vegan / Vegetarian food everyday here.
