In this video, I am introducing a very unique Japanese restaurant in Chicago, USA – Tsukasa of Tokyo. It is kind of a hibachi style restaurant, with spinning knives, fire, and a lot of fun! The chefs here are not just chefs, but they have a lot of unique skills and are best entertainers. They cook on the griddle on your table in front of you and entertain your with unique shows and jokes while cooking. They have 2 locations in the Chicago land area. Guests pick the items they want and the chef cook them right in front of you for a personal experience. The cooking style is Teppan Yaki (“Hot Steel”), where they cook on a hot steel griddle plate. They serve sushi, seafood, steaks, salads, and vegetable dishes. The drink menu includes specialty drinks, imported beer, authentic sake and Mugi Shochu etc..
