Your cooking is so mouth-watering that it motivates me to cook as well. Personally, I have a particular fondness for eggs and I consume them in large quantities to the point where my roommate refrains from using them. all them lovely thick sauces….I'm a bit of a weirdo in the states that can very much enjoy those kinda thick and goopy sauces. I like a nicer thickj but smooth gravy on just about any thing really, even more so if it's a starchy main like rice! all of thick looked sssoooooo tasty!
