In this vlog I take the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo to Osaka for Celtic’s 2nd and final game of their pre season tour of Japan and Korea (the game in Korea was unfortunately canceled)
Day one in Osaka we have a rebel night for the Celtic fans at the Blarney Stone in Shinsaibashi, followed by more drinks and singing at Cinquecento Martini bar in Shinsaibashi. I previously worked at both bars during my time living in Osaka.
Day two, legendary Japanese Celtic fan Nobu organized a boat trip up Osaka’s famous Dotonbori River. Then it’s off to the match at Panasonic Stadium Suita for Gamba Osaka vs Celtic FC.
Day three it’s off the Kobe Suma beach with some of my old friends from my time living in Osaka.
Day four it’s back to Kitano Kobe to see my old pal Jonny his family at his beautiful apartment.
In some of these clips I’m pretty wasted but decided to add them anyway as a reminder of how wild Osaka is and why I probably shouldn’t move back there. It will always be my 2nd home though.
