MINOJI BASE for Traditional/Contemporary Japanese Cultures.

This is our first video to introduce Tokiwazu Tsunaho (常磐津綱鵬) playing samisen and narrating a story at MINOJI BASE, which is located along old Minoji (美濃路) road in Aichi between Tokyo and Kyoto. It was originally a 60 km (37 mi) highway in Japan during the Edo period. MINOJI BASE is where many Japanese artists gather and includes Cafe and Gallery MIDORIYA, handmade shops and a DIY Japanese style stage.

We are planning to welcome travelers from all over the world and making private plan to look around Japanese historical but ordinary houses, taste Japanese tea, experience Kabuki make-up and hairstyle, and watch the private stage of Tokiwazu Tsunaho.
