It can be super tiring spending all day out and about in Shinjuku! Well have no fear because I’m going to show you my favorite places you can take a break, enjoy a view, and people watch! The best part is that all these spots are 100% free!

What a fun idea for a travel guide. Sometimes you really need to just sit and chill.
Nice recommendations! Especially the last one – the area around shrines are always so peaceful and quiet!
This is such valuable information! It's always tricky trying to figure out where you're allowed to "loiter" in a new city.
Also… At 5:06… Does that say "eggslut"?
Going to have to try Fuunji, love tsukemen is better than ramen! More chewy noodles and more intense flavour.
Oh I believe…someone’s correct me if I’m wrong, on top of having a Buddha for temples, Shrines has Torii gates, temple don’t. Sensoji is a temple and has a big gate but no Torii gates. Meiji temple has Torii gates and it’s a shrine.
Great, now I know some good places to wait for friends in Japan (imagine a country where public seating is so rare you need a youtube guide to find good spots, lol). The only issue left is finding friends in Japan now, I guess.
Thanks for the recommending theses spots!, that suica penguin is so cute!, I hear that this statue was made to compete with the dog statue in Shibuya to compete for the best meeting spot in Tokyo
"because my friends are usually late" 😂😅
repeats twice 🤣🤣
And yesss i've been wondering that, how do japanese people literally look like they're not even sweating!!
And you don't really like snacks, whaaaat!
Chillin in Shinjuku
Intro: Monolyssa strikes with vengy.
P.S. Stereolyssa wins in the end, though.
"But not in a creepy way" 😂
I loved this video! You should do this for more neighborhoods in Tokyo
Do the shinkansen go by your no.2 spot to take a break, cause i'd be quite happy just sitting there all day if they do?
Thanks for showing Shinjuku. It’s good to see how much it’s been built up in the last 25 years.
いつも動画、楽しみにしてます!インスタもフォローしましたよ!(*^_^*)
Genuinely love these videos
how long have you lived in japan?
Love your videos
I love how your videos are evolving. You're doing such a great job. Your presentations are much more confident. I love your editing as well. Looking forward to seeing more from you!
I love your subtitles!
You have a unique way of looking at the world around you. I also love to just sit down, soak in the atmosphere of a place and observe people. Looking forward to seeing more videos, they are definitely filling a gap in presenting Japan ❤
Another great video. Hope some other Tokyo YouTuber doesn’t copy it like the last one.
Not unpopular. Tsukemen > Ramen.
Are we getting that Q&A Session Queen?
You say tsukemen being better than ramen is an unpopular opinion, but honestly, that's far from the first time I've heard someone boldly state that opinion.
Makes me think I need to find a good tsukemen place one day 🤔
I’ll date you. I live in Tokyo. ❤
LOVE your videos Lyssa ❤💙 ….and my belly wishes I didn't like snacks 🤡
5:06 eggslut??? 😂
Anyways loved the video as always!
