  2. these cruises are not at all recommended I am in beautiful today it is a complete disaster it seems as if you were going to buy everything due to a lack of personnel and the most unfortunate thing is that I am going through the Mediterranean that makes Spain and Italy and there are only 3 people who speak in spanish the topic of excursions is unfortunate the guides to their ball tell us to go to the toilet and they leave without waiting for people and today they meet us in naples at 9.15 and we leave the ship at 10.40 to start our excursion the topic for asking for something in the bars is the law of the strongest etc etc it is not the first time that I travel on a cruise and there are already many times and it has not been the first time that I go with msc but I do not know how it can recover in a year all the problem of coronavirus and complaining and ignoring your clients at the same time you will pay for all this, that is why I publish it so that they can be informed

  4. Lo schifo di tutte le crociere… 100,000 volte meglio costa crociere loro si che sono seri e professionali
    Crociera pagata pagando anche pacchetti all inclusive e quote di servizio anticipate…
    precisando che abbiamo pagato anche tutte le assicurazioni esistenti..per una mancata
    partenza di una sola persona per positività al covid nn hanno rimborsato il pacchetto all inclusive,che ovviamente non è stato consumato dalla persona assente in nave.. vergogna MAI PIÙ CON MSC truffatori,ladri e disonesti…
    Costa crociere per aver rotto leggermente una valigia,senza che noi ci lamentassimo, ci hanno rimborsato 100 euro per una valigia pagata 25 euro…

  5. GREEDY AHs! I hate myself being involved with this cruise line again! I lost my money last year, missing a cruise due to the fault of AA, couldn't fly on time! Trying to negotiate a "free drinks and wifi" for my upcoming trip, they had a promotion a day later after our booking! And, a HORRIBLE Canadian customer service management is not cooperating! Shame on you!!!
