The street food in Gaziantep truly is insane, we’ve been told by many people that it’s THE place to go to try some of the best and most popular food in Turkey. We started off our street food tour early to make sure we got a taste of the insane beyran soup before it ran out. Most places will be sold out if you don’t get there before 9 30 a.m!
Gaziantep, formerly Antep, is also full of history. As one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, there was loads to see from historic buildings to bazaars that have been around for centuries. One of the best coffee houses to visit is Tahmis Kahvesi, a historic building on the ancient silk road where you can find the best menengiç coffee, a must try on any street food tour of Gaziantep
One of the most popular Gaziantep foods, and potentially most popular street food to come out of Turkey, is baklava. Invented in Gaziantep, we had the pleasure of watching how baklava is made.
There truly is some insane street food in Gaziantep, including the nohut dürüm, thyme tea, and rare küşleme. We can see why Gaziantep is known for having some of the best street food in Turkey, with such a history and such a variety of flavours, there are so many delicious foods to eat in Gaziantep.

Just to know in our region coffee is not necessarily to be dine by coffee seeds you normally know
In my country we make what its called white coffee from several kind of nuts and spices also we make coffee from date beans or seeds
