I’m not a fan of shellfish, but those dishes could convert me. Everything looks amazing. Very talented and passionate chef for sure. I’ve made some fancy desserts like those and I can attest that they are a labor of love to make. Complex and time consuming. But the end result can be a joy, both visually and taste. Thank you for sharing. I’m certain I’ll never get to travel to Japan but I enjoy living vicariously thru your channel. ❤

WOW! This is why I love Japan. The aesthetics! Soooo beautiful to look at, such attention to detail – AND tastes good too. I can't even begin to imagine how they made those incredible cakes! (And I used to think blue was a colour you never used for food! How wrong I was.)

Dear Shinichi and Satoshi, there were six desserts but you only featured five! What happened to the blue dome dessert? Nevertheless i think this is one of the best cafes u reviewed. I literally want to try all of the seafood and the sodas u showed us! As for the dessert i like the square one with blue waves on top. Yum! I wanna go there!
