Japan Airlines was recently recognised by Skytrax as having the world’s best economy class (and seat), but much has come down to how they’ve been so consistently good over the years even with older jets such as the Boeing 767-300ER. While they may not have the newest fleet, Japan Airlines has seemingly performed as good as (if not better) than their competitors on key international routes out of Tokyo-Narita Airport.
