The green and spiky one is Keluwih fruit, the family of jack fruit and bread fruit. My Mom made the gulai Keluwih and it is very delicious, very similar to cow meat gulai.๐

Lima Ribu mean Five Thousand, not three thousand,.. Lima belas Ribu mean 15.000 , maknyus is other name of Mantap (great) for food (in javanese dialect but its popular word for indonesian), and Mantul means (Mantap Betul = Really Great),
It's a normal thing if you confuse with the locals people way to communicate in small town especially in the market, even for Indonesian who live in the big city it will face a communication gap too. imagine a simple live in the village with the simple conversation , not so much people educate well.. but genereally they have the modesty and happy life.
