I got Naked in an Onsen in Kyoto Japan, and while for some people that might not be a big deal, for those of us who have dealt with body image issues throughout our lives, travel moments like these can change everything.
Japan is gorgeous, and I can’t wait to go back, but Japan is also special to me because of their respect for the human body, and the way that Onsens exist as a natural part of culture away from shame or embarrassment.

I’m doing this because in just a few years travel has changed my life in every way. I think differently. I act differently. I spend money differently. I engage with others differently. If it’s done all that for me, I know it can do the same for you.

I've also been picked on due to my weight throughout my elementary years. I think if I went to an onsen I'd be super self conscientious, but this video gave me hope that I'd get over it pretty quickly. I've always wanted to go to an onsen! I think you were super brave to go despite your hangups.

Wired recently uploaded a video about flight turbulence. Apparently, it's supposed to get worse as global warming continues. The video explained how it is predicted and avoided by airlines.
This probably sounds sadistic, but I think a little turbulence adds to the fun of the trip, but obviously too much would make anyone worry.
My fear is not being able to do things in the future because of things like money or old age.
