We’ve had this condo for 6 years now. It’s been an interesting time owning it, but overall we love having the condo and, of course, we love Zihua. Residencias KauKan was built between 2017 and 2018 with 13 total units. Our unit is the closest one to the beach. We also have a private parking spot and a small storage unit. See y’all in Zihua!

Sorry if I missed it – how do you rent your unit – are you on VRBO? Direct website? We have always stayed on La Madera at Aura del Mar but this year we are staying at your friends place – Casa Herradura. Love your location!
Omg love your condo ! Amazing ❤ I’m considering Zihua for living half the year at least. We are currently in SMA but lived in Hawaii 18 years and really miss the beach ! If you don’t mind me asking what do longterm rentals run for a place like you guys have ? Thanks a bunch !
