By far this video surpasses all the other other steak videos I've seen for food quality, restaurant style(Visited their web site) and video quality. I take this steak over Japanese Wagyu all day long.
Hilarious. "American" food with a French name. Americans will "appropriate" anything they can get. I wonder if one American in a thousand knows what either filet mignon translates to.
Most of the homes in town are on the National Historic Register. There is no other place like it on earth. Trust me. The Log Cabin Steakhouse is the best of the best. The story of Galena is awesome. THE HOMES. Built in the 1800's still standing and magnificent. Well worth the trip.
Excellent job cooking the beef, but I only saw one entrée that went out with sprig of garnish on it. Is this supposed to be fine dining? It is extremely tacky to stick a steak knife under the entrée. What a bunch of shoemakers!

Watching this, I'm thinking "there's NO PLACE for vegetarians in this world"!
Meat looked good, but cooked it was not so great. Seems like they let it dry out.

14:45 That is not rare, that is raw and uncooked.
Yummy, but needed mashed potato to soak up that beautiful gravy (which needed to be a bit thicker imv).
Three minutes of doing the same thing? Unwatchable.
Not fully cooked steak, i didn't like it, still very rare to me !
A good piece of beef doesn't need any motor oil.
