Seems a bit high light if it’s American $’s but then again the Mike’s are super low so it really open to someone that’s willing to pay. Could have got one for about $30k Canadian about a year ago and it had 60k miles on it

That’s a very clean example! Since it’s a 5 speed, 27k seems about right. Is it a factory manual car? I absolutely adore my Chaser, 10/10 would buy again

I’ve had a x100 and own a x110 currently. They are fun cars and decent car’s reliability wise, but I only paid 10k and 18k Canadian respectively for them (All in cost) far less than this asking price.
So, would I double my purchase price to buy my x110 again? No, simply put.
If you really want a CLASSIC CAR, and all the issue that come with them, then go ahead, you’ll have fun with this car.
But in performance, daily comfort terms, and SAFETY, (you don’t even have an airbag) there are much nicer and better cars for $30,000 USD imo. (assuming you’re American).
But I will say, I’m not planning on selling my jzx110 any time soon. I love driving it and the sounds of the BOV and exhaust are something I will never get tired of.
Also, these cars do require some maintenance since they are getting so old. Think full timing belt+water pump, new turbo, new coils and plugs, new bushings etc.
Ask any questions you like.

Check out jzx owners US facebook group and JZX marketplace, you’ll find jzx listings and be able to compare it to similar cars.
Imo the 27k is high with the car being modified (bent pinches there will be slightly cut supports to have installed that FMIC setup, more we probably can’t see) , but the mods it does have seem quality so I guess it depends on tbe buyer.
