  1. Starting from the end of October, JR Tokai's "Nozomi" and "Hikari" Shinkansen trains heading towards Osaka and Kyoto will no longer have onboard sales services. Instead, starting from November, they will exclusively offer services for the Green Car (First Class), with a new system where passengers can place orders using their mobile devices. (Announced on August 9th, 2023)
