Join us this week as we explore Kyoto and stumble across Gion Festival. “Walk”, or more so scuttle, the packed streets of the festival with us as we check out what it has to offer.

Get a first person point of view of our first time at Gion Festival!

Gion Festival has tons of street vendors selling Japanese foods, drinks, and games, and souvenirs. Our favorite part was seeing the floats covered in lanterns and listening to the traditional Japanese festival music.

After Kyoto we headed back towards Tokyo to finish off our time in Japan where we started it all these months later.

In Tokyo we explore Ueno Park and the Shinjuku area where we got to see giant 4D cats on billboards and a music video being recorded!

Even though we are wrapping up our time in Japan we are so excited to take you all along as we continue to seek out an adventurous life
