After relying on AirBnb my last 8 trips through 5 different countries I was STEALED by the host of AirBnb and no one took ANY action. From a great client who has already spent almost $ 100,000.00 on daily rates with AirBnb to a client with deadly hatred.
In the B.O. the property's caretaker said that RECURRING THEFT was happening and that I was yet another victim. Madrid police were called in to investigate the case.
AirBnb continues to advertise this property on its platform and is not concerned with LESAR new customers.
* I filed a lawsuit in Brazil against AirBnb to try to compensate the losses and the attitude of AirBnb and its lawyers is LAMENTABLE.
Until the end of my life I will advertise you negatively. Every week a new post until the end of my life or until you disappear, whichever comes first.

Foi roubado meu drone e muito dinheiro.
A policia de Madrid foi acionada e nas conclusões ficou claro que os L A D R O E S possuim as chaves do imóvel e entraram pela porta da sala.
Este não foi o primeiro F U R T O neste apartamento. AirBnb é complacente com – F U R T O S – frequentes dentro do imóvel e mantém o apartamento e o anfitrião ativos na plataforma, mesmo sabendo desses – R O U B O S – recorrentes.
Meu nome é Bruno Rafael Souto Costa e NÃO RECEBI nenhum suporte do AirBnb antes, durante ou depois.
Mesmo após diversas reclamações no Reclame Aqui, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram e no SAC do AirBnb continuo sendo I G N O R A D O, porque NADA FOI FEITO.

How do you apply who do you call to make reservations
Why not to use airbnb: If you stay in a hotel, they will solve all your concerns asap because they really care about your review and they want you to come back. If you have a problem using airbnb, it will take weeks to get to speak with someone who will tell you that airbnb's policies don't cover anything. The vast majority of hosts don't know what hospitality is, and they will treat you poorly. So, you wasted your money and time and your stay was ruined.
