おばすて棚田の日の出と棚田の中姪石とひまわりを撮影しました
長野県千曲市JR篠ノ井線の姨捨（おばすて）駅より下に広がる棚田は全国で初めて「国の名勝」に指定され
「棚田百選」「重要文化景観」令和ニ年には日本遺産に認定されています、また月見の名所として田毎の月で知られて古くから歌人俳人が訪れています
この動画はほとんどの棚田に水が注がれましたので稲を植える前の状況撮影しました田植えのピークは数日後の土日です

Chikuma City, Nagano Prefecture The terraced rice fields that spread below Obasute Station on the JR Shinonoi Line were designated as a national scenic spot for the first time in Japan.
It was designated as a Japan Heritage site in 2020 as one of the 100 best terraced rice fields and an important cultural landscape.It is also known as a moon-viewing spot for the moon in Tagoto, and has been visited by poets and haiku poets since ancient times.
In this video, water was poured into most of the rice terraces, so I took a picture of the situation before the rice was planted.
I would appreciate it if you could use it as a reference for shooting and sightseeing

Ville de Chikuma, préfecture de Nagano Les rizières en terrasses qui s’étendent sous la gare d’Obasute sur la ligne JR Shinonoi ont été désignées site touristique national pour la première fois au Japon.
Il a été désigné site du patrimoine japonais en 2020 comme l’une des 100 meilleures rizières en terrasses et un paysage culturel important.Il est également connu comme un lieu d’observation de la lune à Tagoto et a été visité par des poètes et des poètes haïku. depuis les temps anciens.
Dans cette vidéo, de l’eau a été versée dans la plupart des rizières en terrasses, j’ai donc pris une photo de la situation avant que le riz ne soit planté.
