The ramen shop next to Nagoya station is the second shop of Niboshi Ramen 88, with the first shop being situated next to Kanayama station, a major train stop in the South of Nagoya. If you’re curious, the 88 is actually reads as “PAPA”, which you can see written on the Kanayama location.
