    Visited on 08/08/2022. The guides here scam you to do a pooja at the lake that they say costs Rs. 10. When you get to the lake a so called priest joins you and then puts you in an embarrassing position to donate. Minimum of Rs. 2100 upwards. Trickery and greed right in the temple premises in the name of God. This scam has caught a lot of people off guard, please read up . Do not hire a guide at all. They are all involved in the scam. Looking at the state of the temple, it didn't look like any of the money is going to the temple or the community. AVOID GUIDES.

    There was a competition being held between Lord Vishnu and Lord Brahma to see who was the strongest. They drew an infinite line of fire and decided the one who will see it’s end will be the strongest. In order to win Lord Brahma lied to Lord Vishnu that he saw the end. Out of the fire emerged Lord Shiva who was enraged and using his Trishul he cut off the 5th head of Lord Brahma (which lied) and cursed him that no one will ever worship him.

    BEWARE of Cheaters(Puroyiths). They demands Thousands of rupees during half of the performing rituals in the river. If u not ready to pay the amount demanded by them, ur pooja will be stopped at the middle and ready to receive harsh, vulgar….. bad blessings from them
