Japanese Massage in Prince Edward Island?

Setsuko Nagai might not look like your typical Maritimer, but she feels as right at home in Prince Edward Island as anyone else living here. Born in the far north of Japan, she moved here after marrying a Canadian and fulfilling a dream she had all her life. Right after arriving, she started her own massage therapy business, is building her own house and has more friends here in PEI than she did back in Japan!

Canada is famous in Japan for its beautiful pastoral landscape, friendly people, fresh food, easy-going lifestyle and is especially famous for that mischievous little red-headed Anne of Green Gables. Setsuko’s visions of PEI were made real as soon as she stepped off the plane. She loved the island right away and the first words out of her mouth were “Kuki ga oishii”… The air is delicious!

After studying in Thailand and India and visiting over 25 other countries, Setsuko feels that Canada is one of the best countries in the world. The people are so friendly and the scenery is stunning. Plus, the fresh vegetables from back yard gardens are so delicious and people just won’t stop giving her bagfuls!

She understands why PEI is so famous in Japan and everywhere else around the world. PEI is a special place. Now, a citizen of Canada, she feels right at home and has no plans of going anywhere else anytime soon.
