Mount Aso is a popular scenic site in Japan for great nature despite recent volcano activity. In 2007, it was selected as one of Japan’s 100 Geological Regions as “Aso”.
Nabega Falls is famous as the filming location for the TV commercial (Nama-cha) and represents one of the falls where you can observe the falls from behind.

鍋ヶ滝は裏見の滝の代表例として知られるテレビCM（生茶）のロケ地としても使用されたことでも有名。
