  2. Just started watching your videos and I really like them. You don't do just overviews, instead when you're talking about places in general you mention a specific spot in that general place you think is really good and in restaurants or department stores, etc. you tell the specific item you're trying, making it more the type of video I prefer to watch. Also, I'm pretty sure someone has already mentioned it, but the eggs benedict quiche is, as you thought, not considered a sweet. However, it could be considered a pastry because of the pastry crust.

  9. I will never get over Paolo pronouncing mille feuille as "milf-y". Not sure what is on his mind! Always makes me smile. The basic pronunciation of "mille feuille" is "mill foy" where foy rhymes with soy.
