【Minami】
Minami is the generic name for the downtown and entertainment district centering on Namba, Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and Sennichimae in Chuo-ku, Osaka City. Part of the area extends into Naniwa Ward, and is said to be the largest downtown area in Japan and one of the largest in the world. It is one of Japan’s leading entertainment districts in terms of sales and commercial area, and is one of Osaka’s representative entertainment districts, along with Kita, which consists of Umeda and Kitashinchi.

I strolled from Shinsaibashi to Amerika-mura, Horie, Soemon-cho, and Dotonbori.
