that guy is right, your brain tries to protect you and this is legitimately a scary situation for the brain. Shutting your brain off as much as possible is great advice. Override the fear. I'm going in September, 2021 in Kentucky
OMG i was just there last july man that was terrifying. I didn't do the bungy but i did the nevis swing. My friend did the bungy jumping twice! You guys are so brave!
