This is a truly unique hotpot experience. This hotpot is called stewed pot and ingredients are added into a stewed broth with either fish or meat. You can also steam fresh buns inside the wok itself.

  4. I don't know if you'd ever swing by illinois for Ramen but in Springfield we have a new shop that just opened not to long ago Mike. Its called bowl plus and it's really good. There's two other places right down the road but it isn't Ramen shops.

  9. Had a very good friend when I was on active duty who is from Vietnam and I always enjoyed her cooking. Starting life out as an Army brat and then serving allowed me to come across different foods. I started learning how to cook from my grandmother who cooked for a living when I was in elementary school. I'm always willing to try new dishes because one never knows what they will like until they try it…
