I heard that Kirin's tonkotsu soup is very popular at Fukuoka.
I love 💕 all of it. The dedication to perfection is when I think about Japan. Love the country and its people.❤
I hope the cooks get fairly compensated for the hard working conditions.
I ask myself, what may be the reason to get rid of most of the nutritions by filtering the soup? What is the "obsession" of a clear soup? Is it class? I mean it looks nicer, but why?
In Europe for example the lower class ate the more nutritious dark breads and the highesr classes the white wheat bread that contain mostly carbohydrates. Is it similar, is there a farmers version of ramen that is focused on nutritional value?

These five guys are definitely the most kindest men I've ever seen they greet all their customers with a Smile and that says a lot!!
