This is my 5th visit to Batam ever since it re-opened from COVID. Brought my family to new and old places this time to enjoy good food and culture.

    Hi Lowsesman, interesting video and lots of info especially the local makan places. Thank you. I am planning to go there myself and may want to do a self drive. Can you tell me please, where did you pick up the car, how much per day did you pay for the car and finally…do you know if Waze GPS works in Batam? TQVM 😊

    Hi Lowesman, just been to Batam fr 3D2N. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Visited the places as per your video…ie Kelong Baba, Uncle Lim BakKutTeh, Batam Center Mall and the Tua Pek Kong temple. Rented car from Takata Car Rental…Suwanda is a very easy going and friendly guy. We bought lots of snacks to bring back to Australia. Overall, enjoyed it very much but found it very hot! Thanks once again.
