Join us on an exciting adventure as we explore Pokhara, Nepal’s second-largest city! In this travel vlog, my girlfriend and I embark on a day of thrilling experiences and unforgettable moments. Get ready to witness our first impressions of Pokhara as we dive into the top activities and have an incredible time.

Our journey begins at the mesmerizing Shiva Idol statue. We’ll take you along as we explore this fascinating landmark and discover its unique features. From the musical instrument-like Shiva’s Damaru to the mysterious pipe connecting it to Shiva’s back, we’ll unravel the secrets of this magnificent statue.

Next, we’ll make our way to the awe-inspiring Shiva Linga, where visitors can pour water that flows out and enjoy its blessed properties. We’ll share the significance of this ritual and delve into the spiritual aspects of the temple.

We continue our exploration and ascend to the World Peace Pagoda. Perched 1,500 meters above sea level, this sacred site offers breathtaking views of the city and the picturesque countryside. We’ll capture the stunning scenery and provide insights into the philosophy behind World Peace Pagodas found around the globe.

Please note that during our visit to the World Peace Pagoda, we’ll observe the tradition of silence. As we film the experience, we’ll provide a voiceover to share our thoughts and reflections on this serene and peaceful place.

Get ready for an incredible journey filled with adventure, spirituality, and breathtaking sights. Come along with us and discover the hidden gems of Pokhara. I also got to meet up with @FloraandNote so stick around to the end for that! Sit back, relax, and join us on this remarkable travel experience.

  1. lumbini , janakpur is highly recomended .. must see religious places and so on goes the list ๐Ÿ˜Š

  2. Pokhara or Bali?
I think pokhara is the most beautiful city in the world.
Really appreciate you man for visiting my hometown Pokharaโค.

  3. I was in Pokhara in the mid eighties and it was a tiny village of five thousand people. I climbed up the fire escape of my hotel to watch the sun set on the Annapurnas, but then the light came on in the room behind me and two German girls got undressed and gave each other a massage, so I watched that instead.

  4. 2000 rs for half day is super cheap brother you're lucky to have such a kind taxi driver ๐Ÿ˜Š

  5. I was at Devis waterfall a few days ago and it's pretty powerful now as it's monsoon season. I really recommend Jalala waterfall. Take a bus from Hallenchok to Pame, takes 30 minutes and then it's a 45 minute hike to the falls. First came to Nepal in 1989, Pokhara was very different then. I'm here in Nepal right now and still love the country and it's people.
