Hey, I've been to the Skytree a few weeks ago in the morning and it was a great view. Though, as you said, a bit challlenging finding the right entrance 🙂
After that, I went to Kura Sushi at about 11:30 am on a weekday and had no problem getting a seat.
Sushi was oishi! 😊
