Welcome to South Korea! This is our first time here and we’ll be exploring Seoul. In this video we’re exploring Seoul, South Korea and giving our first impressions of this massive city. We start things off in the Insadong neighbourhood where we make our way through the tiny streets of Ikseondong Hanok Village. We eventually make our way to Cheonggyecheon (river/stream that goes through the city) and to Myeongdong. We also stop for some beer a KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) at a place called BHC Chicken.

You missed the obvious Samsung. The trick to good tasting KFC is of course the batter and the sauce but the chicken is deep fried twice!
Hello, Sir. I'm a writer of a YouTube channel that reports positive responses from overseas related to Korea.
It's called "์๋ํ ์ธ๋" May I ask your permission to use this video as a reference? If you allow it we will use 6~7mins of your video, and will introduce your channel name, and put the direct link on a fixed reply. I'm looking forward to your positive response. Thanks. ๐
I reckon as vloggers, a basic courtesy would be learn abit of the culture, language and popular sight seeing locations rather than like what you both are doing right now, not very impressive imho,

The senior gentlemen at the beginning of the video are playing Korean Chess. It is called "Janggi."
If you are still staying in Korea, you should explore Korean nature. Please visit Buk-Han Mountain. If you want to explore rural areas, I recommend visiting Seorak Mountain. You won't regret it.
Welcome to Korea~~ From the rooftop on the 8th floor of the Korean Museum of History, you can see a new view of Gyeongbokgung Palace and the plaza. Have a nice trip in your hometown.
South Korea is a very safe, kind, and beautiful country ๐
Iโm planning to go to Korea. Anybody know which district in Seoul speaks more English? Like at restaurants and Uber drivers? My Korean is beginners level at best.
It is a bit funny hearing the gentleman trying to imitate the nasal sound wrongly produced from the device. Korean is not a tonal language and there is no nasal sound. Gomabsumnida is a bit less than formal than Gamsahabnida that everyone should start to use. Gomabsumnida is the original Korean tongue.

that's called ์ฅ๊ธฐ. it's a classic board game kind like a chess.
The rules are slightly different, but it is a game often played in East Asian regions such as Korea, China, and Japan.
Itโs pronounced Hyun- day, not die

In fact, the most famous company in Korea is Samsung.
The individuals observed in the park appear to be participating in a game of either ์ฅ๊ธฐ or ๋ฐ๋. If subjected to Romanization, these terms might be translated as Jang-Gi and Ba-Doock, respectively.
์ฅ๊ธฐ, due to its strategic components, bears similarity to chess in the realm of board games.
๋ฐ๋, on the other hand, is often recognized in the Western world as the 'Game of Go' or simply 'Go'. It's worth mentioning that ๋ฐ๋ garnered global attention approximately a decade ago, following a significant match between AlphaGo (an AI) and ์ด์ธ๋ (a man). This encounter marked a crucial moment in the exploration of AI competencies.
By the way, it should be noted that in South Korea, the gesture of pressing one's palms together is not commonly employed as a form of greeting. This might be a result of cultural confusion, possibly due to a previous visit to a country like Thailand, where such a gesture is customary. ใ
That game is Janggi, sometimes called Korean chess, is a strategy board game popular on the Korean Peninsula. The game was derived from xiangqi (Chinese chess), and is very similar to it, all Asian countries have their own version of chess

You'll find Western food in Korea to be pricier. If you are able to, eat at more authentic Korean restaurants and you find it much more affordable.

That Cass beer is kind of "basic"beer—tastes too plain , you should try to make "somack" which you mix with Soju !!!!!
3:36 This game is called 'Jang-gi'. This is east-asian traditional table game and elder people still enjoy them. Rule of game is very simillar to 'chess'.
and… google maps doesn't work well in Korea because of national security(provide detail geological information about korea territoty for overseas company is forbidden)
Oh, Korean bhc chicken restaurants have the most delicious prinkle, but you haven't tried it.
No one drives hyundai cars in Japan.ใBecause no one trusts Korean products.

How can you miss the largest Korean company called Samsung.
I would show some of the stores in the street just because I would love to see what the stores look like there.
If you think South Korea has a lot of things to do… Daejeon isn't it…
์ด์์ค์ธ์!! โคโค
Thank you for visiting to Korea. The game in 3:45 is called Jang-gi. It's a game like chess.
I'm interesting to watch a video of a trip to Korea from the perspective of a foreigner.
I hope you had a good time in Korea!
Korean drama
" The glory "
You can see that the old people doing game " ba duk "play go
As for the game played by elders at the street, it is Korean version of Chess. That particular location is a small section of place called "Nakwon-dong" which is a popular location among male retirees for hang out. Nearby, free meals are available for anyone around. How do I know all these? I was born and raised only one block away from there ๐
Ahhh I really want to visit Philippines again๐ญ So many good memories there

It's much better to use 'Naver map' or 'Kakao map' instead of 'Google map' in Korea. 'Google map' is supposed to be incorrect in Korea due to the military reasons.
