They say Osaka is Japan’s Kitchen and I could not agree more! In fact, Japan has a sweet tooth that Osaka is able to accommodate with amazing desserts. This time, I’ve found an amazing, and perhaps the best, dessert buffet in Japan, and it’s right in Osaka.
After working up an appetite making my very own custom Cup of Noodles at the Cup of Noodle Museum, I took a quick train ride over to the ANA Crown Plaza (@ANACPOsaka ) to visit Cafe In the Park where they offer an incredible lunch buffet known for their delectable match desserts! But that’s not all, along with the decadent sweets offered, there were savoury dishes as well and all prepared with care and attention. Mini dished all plated up from the traditional items to the indulgent international dishes. Ever tried a Japanese Clam Chowder? This one is not to miss!
But the main attraction… The desserts! Not too sweet with subtle flavours of matcha and the freshest fruits and creams! So rich and decadent, but somehow light at the same time so that one can eat lots!

Hi Tim I can’t believe how beautiful the dessert selections were 😍 everything looked heavenly. In fact all the food looked fantastic, I also loved the ramen tour that’s a great experience.
You really did have many great Japanese buffets plus other food in Japan cuz you are still uploading videos from Japan. You had some desserts first. Then you got a small chicken salad and octopus salad plus other food and more desserts. This desserts buffet’s food station put out the food in such small cup like containers such as the chicken salad and the onion and cheese. The crab and avocado is in a taller glass, but still a small amount of food. The hot food had small hamburgers, small glass of sea lettuce, and you took a small amount of French fries & onion rings. The seafood stew looks great. The three small slices of pizza are weird compared to the regular pizza, haha!!!! I have never seen such a small bowl of seafood soup, LoL!!!! That being said, however, it does look like it is perfect for you as you got to try many more different dishes of food due to their small sizes. You got more desserts at the end of the meal 🤪 Lucky you 😛
