Why is it that fried chicken in Japan seems to be better cooked and more flavorful than in the states .Our chicken never is that type that you want to go back and get more.Basically the chicken "sucks". Ha ha😁

I love the DIY opportunities at this Izakaya! All the food looked great. The potato salad with kebab topping was interesting. The karaage was so crunchy. And, the melon pudding had my mouth watering. Thanks for pointing us toward great local eateries, Shinichi and Satoshi. I'd love to see more of what this yokocho has to offer!
hint: 800 grams is about 28 ounces. That's a large serving in my opinion.
In my American hometown, you are expected to eat fried chicken with your hands. The view is that eating fried chicken is supposed to be a messy, greasy experience. People who use utensils are considered to be timid, cowardly people who are overly concerned about staying clean.
