Firework Contest between Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture and Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.

The Kanmon Strait Fireworks Festival will be held for the 36th time in 2023. It is held jointly on both sides of the strait, Moji in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture and Shimonoseki in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
