Ebisu Dairyuken (恵比寿大龍軒) is an old school machichuka style Chinese restaurant that specializes in various types of ramen and Japanese-Chinese style dishes like gyoza, shumai and chahan. Their original ramen style is called Chantanmen, which is a bastardized mix of Nagasaki Chanpon and Tanmen.
You can find Ebisu Dairyuken roughly 5 minutes away from Ebisu station towards Nakameguro, just around the corner from the main street. It is really hard to miss with the yellow old school ramen shop design that most likely has not changed in 30 years.

What's your opinion on Google Maps reviews in your country and in Japan? Are you giving low rated restaurants a chance? What is the lowest you would go? Let me know in the comments!
